Nice to meet you!

Our Headquarters

Our people

At RBM, the sense of family is important. We are a close-knit team, from telephone operator to director.

Below we introduce some of our employees to you in varying lengths. Both people working on location and people working in our office for clients.

In the spotlight:

Debby Kooyman, human resources

She has worked for RBM for nineteen years and knows the company inside out. She started as a receptionist, grew through and is now responsible for P&O. RBM is a flat organization and the P&O policy is designed to reflect that. People work as a close-knit team where everything can be named.

Willy van Herwijnen, Operations Director

Safety at work always comes first. The rules are getting tighter and tighter, and we abide by all of them. We make a risk analysis, determine who is responsible for the zzp’ers, make the regulations clear, and check both builders and suppliers. Our project managers report on it daily.

Carlos Zeegelaar, account responsible project manager

As accountable project manager, he ensures that the team meets the deadline in optimal cooperation. When converting a store, fast work is even more important if possible than with a new store. After all, every day a store is closed is one too many. RBM is aware of this like no other construction company.

Anes Kacamacovic, drawing room coordinator

As coordinator of the drawing room, he ensures that a store’s formula is translated into a technical drawing. This process starts with a sketch and includes components such as measuring and 3D working out a property, drawing in the interior with furniture and working out visuals.

Tamara Fennis, project assistant team leader

Projects involve a lot of red tape: orders, bids, revision records, financial statements. Tamara is team leader of our project assistants. In all the hectic nature of construction, she makes sure that all this administration is neatly put in order.

Elvin Leuhery, work planner

Together with two colleagues, he handles applications for municipal or environmental permits, such as for facade advertising on new or converted stores. He is the watchdog over deadlines and procedures and ensures good contact with the relevant government agencies.

Vacancies: come work at the nicest company in the Netherlands!

RBM continues to grow and is always in need of professionals. If you feel drawn to our methods and projects, please contact us.
