Lean management
Where else can cuts be made without losing quality? The answer lies not in skimping on man hours or materials, but in using all available resources even more efficiently and having an even better grip on the entire process. This is possible thanks to the lean method, in which we are trained.
Customized automation
We used our decades of experience to develop our own automation system, which is seamlessly tailored to the needs of retail building management. For each project, all necessary information is up-to-date online for all stakeholders.
Own Service Center
We will take over the maintenance of your stores or properties completely if you wish. From regular maintenance work to maintaining permits. But of course, where hard work is done, sometimes things break. All the customer then has to do is file a report. We solve everything.
AutoCad and Revit
Building Information Modeling (BIM) with Revit differs from CAD in that BIM creates an intelligent parametric 3D model. This not only allows for virtual walking through the store in the design phase; it also generates important time- and cost-saving data.

Jumbo Supermarkets is a fast-growing Food company with locations in the Netherlands and Belgium. RBM is proud to partner with Jumbo to build leading Jumbo stores. Just recently, the most sustainable supermarket in the Benelux opened in Goor. Here, too, RBM and its partners played an important role.
